At Threads of Jaipur, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality ethnic wear that meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 10 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• In its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

• Returned in its original packaging along with any accessories received.

• Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement, subject to product availability. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the product along with your order details.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Prepaid order refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting the required bank details.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products returned after the 10-day return period.

• Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
